while this second person makes some good points, i ultimately disagree with his definition of “efficient” and his use of the phrase “economic illiterates.” and ALSO free market does NOT equal choice. and ALSO yeah, schools and the postal service need real improvement. let’s pay teachers more and provide them with more training and shrink classroom sizes and provide ALL SCHOOLS with equal resources INSTEAD of quibbling over Creationism and/or prayer in the classroom, etc. and let’s re-vamp/shrink/whatever the postal service.
I know, Miz H, and ya know, the problems that public schools have and the USPS has aren’t the kind of problems that put millions of Americans into bankruptcy.

I hate the rebuttal that, “Wull, schools and the postal service have problems, so public health care would have problems, rite?”
This is like saying those two institutions have problems, we should not have a system of free education or mail delivery AT ALL.
Hell, my dog has problems. Maybe I should euthanize him for being afraid of Willie Nelson.
